The concept of the interchangeable control
Installation of several control units on one machine/PCin order to learn the appliance and the programming of up to nine different CNC controls systems
Emco CNC training machines have the Unique feature of Interchangeable Control Systems, making it possible to teach many different Industrial control systems on One Machine. This feature also makes it very easy to upgrade to the latest control system in the future, instead of having to buy a new machine.
To support these machines, Emco offer WinNC, which simulates exactly the industrial control system, enabling offline program suites with Control Keyboards and site licence software for teaching CNC programming in the Classroom.
In education it is possible with WinNC and Win3D-View to learn different industrial control software’s and simulate programs in 3D within a classroom environment.
The CNC control keyboards enable students to learn all control functions, gain experience to create and edit CNC programs using the same control software as the CNC machines without actually going onto the CNC machine. Fully compatible with CNC machine controls and CAD/CAM systems.
