The Concept Turn 450 TCM complete with 12 Tool VDI turret and optional 6 driven tools and a ‘C’ axis on the main spindle is ideally suited for industrial production and advanced CNC training.
It's role in education is defined by its up to date facilities with allow students to learn the latest CNC technology such as live tooling and C-axis machining along with interchangeable control systems. The control can be switched in a minute from FANUC 21T to SIEMENS 810/840D fully supported by Fanuc/Siemens CNC control system site licenses software.
The Concept Turn 450 can be integrated into FMS and CIM systems. The robotics interface can control equipment such as automatic door, vices etc and also connect to other machines. The DNC interface offers a large variety of automation
