Introducing the new Concept Mill
55 CNC milling machine. The new advanced CNC milling machine from EMCO
and the Concept Turn 55 CNC lathe, with support software to enable a
group of students to achieve maximum hands-on experience using WinNC
control and Licom AlphaCam software.
By
using a non-contact laser and two cameras, this scanner is able
to 3D scan any object while the object is moving which allows
you to rotate the object while scanning giving a complete model
without the requirement of stitching.
This
Scanner can also output as Stl format, bypassing the pointcloud
stage.
The
NEW LPX-1200 uses an advanced
non-contact laser sensor to quickly scan 3D objects with a 0.1mm
scanning resolution. The combination of precision optics and motion
control with a rigid cast aluminum frame produces high quality
scans with minimal surface noise.
Licom AlphaCAM is a market leader
in CAD/CAM. It is a very capable full feature professional CAD/CAM system,
very suitable for use in schools for machining on the CNC machine or
for 3D Simulation.
