| WinNC
is control specific software which can be installed on a commercial
PC or any Emco CNC training machine. It simulates exactly
the industrial control systems, Fanuc, Siemens and
Heidenhain.
In education it is possible with WinNC
and Win3D-View to learn different industrial control
softwares and simulate programs in 3D within a classroom environment.
WinNC is available
in the following formats :
• Machine licence
• Single licence
• Site licence
Because WinNC is PC based,
this allows all our CNC training machines to have interchangable
control systems.
WinNC is available
for the following control units :
• Siemens 840D
• Siemens 810D
• Siemens 820
• Siemens 810
• GE Fanuc 21T/M
• GE Fanuc 0 T/M
• Heidenhain TNC 426/430
• Emcotronic TM02
• Other controls are being developed
WinNC has the option of Win3D-View
which simulates the workpiece being machined in 3D, this gives
the user a realistic represetation of what the CNC will do
and what will be produced when the CNC program is run.
Win3D-View also allows the
program to be simulated on a PC terminal before it is installed
into the machine.
In education it is possible with WinNC
and Win3D-View site licence software to learn different
industrial control softwares and simulate programs in 3D within
a classroom environment.
All WinNC control
software can be driven by the following methods :
• PC keyboard
• Emco control keyboard with interchangable key module
